Sophomores Win - Pizza Party

Congratulations Sophomores!!!! The class of 2021 had more students & parents register for the “Remind App!” As a reward – every sophomore enjoyed a few slices of pizza courtesy of Mr. Shipley. Thank you Ms. Davis and the Shafter High English department for helping getting this competition organized and successful. Teamwork, comradery, and an awesome way to continue to boost great communication and information! Shafter PRIDE!!!!

Old Gym Gets a Makeover

Shafter High is proud and excited as we continue to expand, remodel and revitalize our campus! The old gym received a full gym floor deep-sanding, polish finish, and new striping during the summer, and the painters are working hard for a full interior repaint. This will also include new logos, murals and blue & gold striping once the interior paint is complete. Great things continue to happen at Shafter High … GENERAL PRIDE!!!!

Tardy Sweeps - READ!

Tardy Sweeps: Beginning on Monday, September 24th, all gates around campus will be locked at 7:58am. The only entrance into school will be through the main entrance. Please help our students get to school on time. All tardies result in detention. Students have 5 days to serve detention and it can be served during lunch through the Dean’s office with trash pickup or after school in room 507 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Detention begins promptly at 3:10pm. Thank you, Dean Labrentz
