Spring Fling Oympics

Another Spring Fling Olympics comes to a close. Games included Basketball Pong, Hotdog Eating, Potato Sack Races, Donut Eating, Limbo, and Musical Chairs. The winning team taking the GOLD was Mindy Ain’t Raised No Fools.

Kern Invitational – Track and Field

Shafter’s track team competed in the Kern Invitational on 3.11.17. The athletes competed hard and represented Shafter well. Elias Valdez, Alex Aguilar, Marco Rodriguez, Rogelio Ramirez, and Tom Richardson all earned medals by placing in the top 3.

Activities Department’s New “Snack Attack”

These are thank you’s for staff members that go above and beyond. Mrs. Feinberg received it because she helped with the history week hallway idea. Ms. Martinez received it for all the great work she is doing for seniors with their future plans. Mrs. Sharp for creating the Pi day activities for all students.
