Regulations for Auditorium Use

1. Originator of the request must sign up with the Director of Activities for auditorium use at least two days in advance of the scheduled use.
2. Lights must be turned on in the auditorium before any students are allowed into the facility.
3. Students must be supervised at all times.
4. ONLY authorized personnel must operate the lighting panel, PA system, etc.
5. Food or beverages are not allowed in the auditorium under any circumstances. Violates should be referred to the Dean.
6. Upon completion of the activity, it is the responsibility of the person supervising the activity to make sure that:
             -  All doors to the auditorium proper are locked (front glass doors and side exit doors).
             -  All lights are turned off.
             -  Any unusual amount of litter as a result of the activity must be picked up
             -  If the activity is after school or in the evening, additional doors should be checked to make sure they are locked:
                    -  The outside doors at the east end of the corridor behind the stage.
                  -  The outside doors at the west end of the corridor behind the stage.
